Self Catering Accommodation in Uggiate-Trevano

If you want to visit Como's main attractions, this is the place for you! Clean, neat, warm, cozy, comfortable, beautiful, and there's so much more to say about this place. This charming house and the wonderful town of Faloppio are now our favorite place! Huge thanks to Maria-Cristina for her hospitality, responsiveness, and friendliness! We'll definitely see you again!!! ❤️

We had a long journey, travelling through 12 countries and even though we arrived late in the night, the owner waited for us, for welcoming and instructions. Then, getting in, was a real nice suprise: a large apartment with a very well maintained furniture from 70s- 80s , with no smell of old... everything arranged with a very sense of design. Except for the kitchen and the batroom which were modern endowed ... very nice ... it was a pitty we were not able to stay more in the area ... then, many welcoming goodies and coffe available ... Grazie !

Exceptionally clean, very high standard of accommodation

Fully equipped, including books for kids

Massive house ,lovely host, super clean inside , quite beautiful location and bonus toys for kids to play and keep them occupied.

Good location near the venue we were going to

The pool area was good. The tv and games room was a good idea. Having door codes was much better than keys which can be easily lost. The rooms were large enough. The location of the villa was ideal to get to quite a few lakes

The apartment is very big and comfortable.

The attic apartment was spacious and well equipped, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and right across from a supermarket. There’s also a restaurant on the ground floor, which was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay

Personal attention and support from Julia

Very nice little garten and swimming pool.

Charming Italian country house vibe. Top of the hills of Como. The host was perfect, welcoming and helpful

Nice lake view. Friendly stuff.

Lisa is the kindest, most hospitable host. From our first meeting, she welcomed us with an open heart and was so accommodating. For any needs we had, she was willing to immediately assist. We were lucky enough to host a beautiful brunch after our wedding at her beautiful villa, and our family stayed there that weekend. We would highly recommend staying here. The location and views are amazing, and it is plenty of room for your needs. It's truly the villa of her heart, and we're so grateful she shared it with us during the most memorable weekend of our lives.

I would like to thank the owner for the comfort and beautiful view from the window. Quite convenient location, near the store. If you do not have a car, as we did, it will be comfortable to get to the lake. Everything was great! Anton and Christina 19-22.09.2024

The place had a lot of character, very spacious and lots to do. Not far from Como and very affordable

Location estremamente elegante e pulita, cortesia dello staff

EXCELENTE Carlo is one of the best host that I meet!

Everything was fine, the hosts were pretty friendly location was pretty good personally as it was relatively close to bus stops and the Lidl (10-15 minute walk away). I didn't have a car but if you do they have a garage for it. Good shower with good pressure. Hot water working. Great place.

The house was exceptional and probably the best-equipped holiday home we have ever stayed in. The kitchen in particular was incredible: high-end appliances and an extraordinary amount of equipment, including a juicer, blender, airfryer, excellent glassware and more plates, cutlery and kitchen equipment than we could possibly need. It was also incredibly generously stocked with coffee pods, oils, spices, sugar and everyday essentials. The whole house was spacious, immaculate and extremely comfortable, with masses of storage. What really impressed us was the thought that had gone into supplying absolutely everything guests might conceivably need: from umbrellas and sturdy shopping bags to plasters, straws and even party supplies. Over 3 weeks, we kept discovering things and thinking, ‘Of course they have that too!’ The outdoor space was beautiful and enormous, with a wonderful terrace and BBQ area. The pool was genuinely the best we have had at a rented villa: beautifully maintained, very clean and accompanied by excellent sunbeds. The location was also fantastic. We easily visited Lake Como, Lake Maggiore and Milan, all less than an hour by car, and the Swiss border is less than 20 minutes away. There is also a huge Esselunga supermarket a couple of minutes away by car and easily walkable. It is a very generously equipped, beautifully maintained home and we were extremely comfortable there for our long stay.

Very comfortable accommodation and friendly people

Well maintained property with easy check-in procedure!

The casa is really clean and the water for shower is the best in my tour. The casa is near Foxtown and we can walk there in 15 minutes and enjoy the wind, the mountains and the beautiful architectures of MEndrisio.
