Bath overlooked our private garden, the toilet (bidet) was advanced and fancy, tiny dining area with a microwave, fridge, and table with a shoji window was beautiful. Beds were japanese style on the floor but easily the most comfortable beds through our entire trip. Tatami flooring still smelled incredible. Front desk staff was great, and we had a free pickup from the Himeno station and free dropoff at the Kansai airport. Breafkast was suitably diverse so there'd be something for everyone. The property gardens are immaculate!

New and easy electronic check in! The hotel is too cool! with nice toilet and projector tv. My dad and I were super please with hotel design and overall exterior too. So thank you again! Was really a pleasant experience although it’s just one night and quick stay!

The hotel is clean. Very helpfull staff . He helped us to order taxi for the other day to Kansai airport. The really nice thing is: this hotel provides lots of cupboards so guest can store their things neatly. Other than that is the lights in the room is bright . The bed is big.

Erinomainen sijainti Rinku Townin aseman vieressä, helppo ja nopea pääsy hotelliin suoraan junasta. Rinku Town Outlet ja paljon muita palveluita vieressä. Hotelli oli siisti ja näköala hieno.

The location is one station away from the Kansai airport and 10 min walk from Rinku train station. The hotel is accross from Rinku premium outlet and park so if you like to go shopping, it is a perfect location. I was able to leave my luggage after check out and did some shopping. The hotel sells snacks and cup noodles in the lobby so if you arrive late, you can still get something to eat. The room was clean and bigger than I expected. Check in and out are very easy.
