we loved everything about this hotel , the big lush garden , the beautiful Khmer villa , the staff and the food . the service was excellent. the one bedroom villa we initially booked was flooded (before our arrival ) and we got upgraded in a stunning 2 bedroom villa. the hotel arranged a late checkout for us free of charge . Thank you for this wonderful stay .

The family connecting room was very spacious and clean! Daily room service, fully stocked and restocked with all the personal care amenities, etc. The resort truly feels magical with the Koi fish pond, two super large pools and beautiful landscaping. Staff went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed something. The breakfast was above average with plenty of western options. Our kids enjoyed the pancakes, pineapple, watermelon and juices. My husband and I liked the egg station. The resort is about a 10 min drive to Pub Street and the Old Market area.

Located within a convenient distance from the city center. Reachable by rented vehicles or ride-sharing service. Reception staffs are readily available to attend to your needs and to answer any question you may have about the accommodation itself. (Or you can be smart and instead inquire them about the local spots and activities to explore within the culturally rich, ancient city of Siem Reap.) Overall, the accommodation can be catered to a variety of traveling dynamics–family, friend groups, long-term visitors, or basically anyone who would like to experience a luxury apartment-stay while not breaking the bank for it.
