We stayed in Kasbah Elmendhaoui for two days, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The kasbah is beautiful and spacious, with gorgeous rooms indoor and a terrace on the roof that overlooks the palm groves and river. Mohammed is a friendly and generous host: he was extremely communicative both before and during our stay, inquiring about our wishes for dinner before our arrival and giving us tips for things to see on our drive to Skoura. He also gave us wonderful suggestions for things to see in the area, including recommending a charming local pottery. We had dinner and breakfast at the kasbah both days, and the food was some of the best we had in the country.

Its my 4 visits to Skoura n 1st time stay at Skoura Lodge. The rooms are very unique n spacious. We had dinner there n we entertained with local musicians, pleasant music. The owner Abdou very friendly & accomodating n so are the staffs. I will definately stay there when in Morocco next visit

Wow. We splurged a little for 2 nights here (otherwise it was budget hostels!) and it was so worth it. The owner was a delight, the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, beautiful property, stunning views, excellent food. Dinner our first night was the best tajine we had the entire trip. Room was lovely, clean and quiet. Awesome!

Excellent place, beautiful view and very kind personnel. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the house is lovely decorated. There is a terrace with view of the palm forest, where the sunset is amazing. WIFI works good enough and the breakfast is very tasty (their pancakes are very good). We also had dinner, which was very more than enough, at a reasonable price (90 dirhams each).

This place was a little out of the way but well worth it. It is rustic in the most charming way. You walk into their courtyard and enter into a different world. Our host and family were incredibly welcoming and did all they could to make sure we were comfortable. The meals were delicious and plentiful.
