The property is located in a wonderfully natural and slightly isolated setting which makes it very quiet and peaceful. The facilities, including the pool and the massive outdoor spaces were absolutely brilliant. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff are also very helpful and kind and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

I asked to be moved to the room that has no TV or internet but the heat view. It's right next to the river and you can see the river and the kush green surroundings. I love staying here and will keep returning.

Nice pool, though change rooms seem to be getting updated. We liked the gardens throughout the property. Our suite was spacious with a living/dining area. Breakfast patio was pleasant. Very close to the Zona Universitaria, and a short walk to Los Berros. We appreciated the included parking.

I loved that the hotel is eco-friendly; would stay here again for their environmental impact alone. It was clean, easy to check in, decent breakfast, very friendly staff, and exactly what we needed. Loved that they accommodated our needs by having our family group have adjoining rooms too. It was lovely! Amazing for the price! (2 seniors, 2 adults, 2 children - 11 & 9)

They are very helpful and friendly. Angie is very hardworking and lovely girl, Horacio and the others as well. The food was great, everything clean and comfortable. Highly recommended and definitely we will come back. 👍 😊💕

Location, comfort and wonderful courtyard

This is a beautiful colonial style hotel in the heart of Coatepec. What is remarkable is the property is very large and very green, there are lovely gardens, a pool and open air areas. The hotel is full of beautiful antiques and art which makes it feel like going back in time, and was a unique experience. The water pressure is very strong and hot in the shower, the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is professional and they have a small pool! All in all a great place, and a great value.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was also very friendly. We had a car and we were able to put it in the garage at no cost. The shower was great. Good pressure and hot water. There is a very good hair dryer upon request. There was also AC in the room available in case you need it. We didn't need the temperature was ber pleasant since it is November. The location is great, walking distance for everything you want to visit. Would absolutely stay here again.
