Hotel was very nice with a great location and lovely beach for the family. What stood out was the customer service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Especially the Manager Oswaldo who allowed us to switch our dates around at no extra cost while we were there so that we could visit Bacalar when the weather was windy on the coast. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Location and restaurant on site, few steps from the beach

Excellent hotel with a really nice restaurant. The bedroom was really spacious, clean and felt luxurious. On arrival the reception gave us complimentary drinks which was really nice after a long drive. Staff were very friendly, especially Antonio who really looked after us. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The place is simple extraordinary, far from the mess of mahahaul, a very nice beach club with only two rooms . Excellent staff and very good food.

Everything. The view from the balcony is spectacular, you can’t get any closer to the sea. It’s quiet, spacious, including the balcony, and the hosts Christy and Cinthia were always available and responded immediately to all our questions. And we fell in love with Luna, the watchdog.
