We loved everything about our stay in the Hacienda. Once we parked the car we decided to stay the 2 days and not leave the Hacienda. The pool was lovely to spend the afternoon around in. We loved the informative and interactive Sisal, Hacienda, Mayan house and cenote tour. The most stunning cenote I’ve been in - water so clear you could see right to the bottom. A very informative and enjoyable tour spoken in both Spanish & English for us Australians. The included breakfasts and dinners were great and we enjoyed the different locations to dine in. We had to leave early for flights and the hacienda very kindly packed us up a breakfast bag to take with us. We enjoyed this very much at the airport. Thank you

The staff is really helpful and nice, we felt well welcomed! The room was amazing - very comfortable bed, nice big TV, hot water, great AC++! Rooftop pool was clean and nice, really enjoyed it early in the morning and at night. Emplacement is amazing, next to Paseo Montejo and still easily walkable to the Plaza Grande. Our favorite coffee shop was just 5min away (Soco) and other great options too. Would go again without hesitation. There was not a ton of guests which made it extra relaxing

Absolutely loved this place! The interiors are some of the most stunning I’ve seen in any hotel or Airbnb, thoughtfully designed and full of charm. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and the breakfast was a highlight: fresh, delicious, and prepared right in front of us. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, just a 15-20 minute walk from the center. Highly recommend!

Beautiful rooms and facilities. Staff were excellent- Lupita even packed me breakfast when I needed to leave early for a tour. All breakfasts were delicious.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Beautiful design, including the two swimming pools. Every detail is cared with attention. Comfortable big bed , privative bathroom is excellent and the staff is very kind and attentive. You don't need to go out ;)

I can honestly say I LOVED pretty much everything about this place! From the spirit and atmosphere of the house, the decoration details, the comfort of the rooms and beautiful bathroom, the pleasant patio where it's so easy to relax, to breakfast and attitude of the hosts and staff! It was pure joy entering the house every time I would go back from a walk in the city. I would say it looks and feels better in person than in the pictures. I would book this place without hesitation if I am to go back to Merida again in the future! The location is also pretty good although not right in the middle of the most central historical parts. You walk about 7-8 min to the top center, which is no big deal at all. Also, the way I see it, it is situated on the better side of the center, easily walkable to different parts of it, and certainly quite close to some very good restaurants.
