We booked last minute due to the place we were booked in at being absolutely awful. This place was relatively cheap but looked at least better than where we were. We were absolutely blown away by everything about this place. The room was amazing. Breakfast - which is simply described as eggs, toast and coffee - was amazing and needs to be sold better. We had a lovely time. We used the laundry service and that was excellent too.

Absolutely stunning and magical place with a lot of art, spectacular decorations and interior design. The room was very beautiful. The place has a special atmosphere and charm.

Beautiful, new and tastefully decorated boutique property just outside the main area of Merida. We stayed in a balcony room which was huge and very comfortable. The cocktails and dinner menu (in particular the shrimp tostada) were delicious and well worth the cost. Friendly, helpful staff. It was easy to communicate with the concierge using WhatsApp. We also enjoyed cooling off in the pool.

Everything was just perfect, from the location (great restaurants nearby), to the room (very spacious, beautiful design), to the staff, who were very helpful and helped us organise some trips and made reservations at restaurants. It is just a really beautiful hotel!

I can honestly say I LOVED pretty much everything about this place! From the spirit and atmosphere of the house, the decoration details, the comfort of the rooms and beautiful bathroom, the pleasant patio where it's so easy to relax, to breakfast and attitude of the hosts and staff! It was pure joy entering the house every time I would go back from a walk in the city. I would say it looks and feels better in person than in the pictures. I would book this place without hesitation if I am to go back to Merida again in the future! The location is also pretty good although not right in the middle of the most central historical parts. You walk about 7-8 min to the top center, which is no big deal at all. Also, the way I see it, it is situated on the better side of the center, easily walkable to different parts of it, and certainly quite close to some very good restaurants.
