Very comfortable and clean hotel. Great location.

Everything was excellent… I had a great view as my shower was facing el cerro del Borrego. I enjoyed the bed; the sheets felt fresh and clean as well as the towel. Customer service was exceptional. I enjoyed my stay and I will recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to have a nice night sleep. The down side is that breakfast was not included… for the price, it should.

The location is excellent, could walk everywhere and Orizaba is a very safe and very interesting city. Room was a good size, and it was comfortable, but its situation poor.

The hotel is perfectly located to enjoy Orizaba. Walking to all the downtown tourist spots is easy. Taxis are avaible to go anywhere. The staff was great. The shower was awesome. We always had hot water. The a/c was wonderful.

Large apartment with two bedrooms, living room, large kitchen and bathroom. Nice outdoor space (when the weather cooperates). Reasonably quiet. Fernando is one of the sweetest, most helpful host you'll ever encounter! Make sure to contact him for any issue, for restaurant recommendations, and to show you how to use the shower taps to get perfect water temperature. (His family lives above).

Excellent, brand new, and spacious accommodation. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette *no stove) is a plus and was the reason why we chose this place.

Location, facilities, staff, and the food (very nice breakfast) are great.

Clean, great local coffee, best hosto and 3 minutes walking to main city spots. Also the way dow from AU terminal riverside is AMAZING.

What a delightful and well located small hotel in Orizaba! Everything was great; the room, the restaurant and especially the staff. I would highly recommend this little gem to anyone visiting the charming town of Orizaba.
