Room was compact but clean and had everything you need with a really comfortable bed and view of the mountains. Great shower with hot water and nice pressure. Perfect for one person or two who really like being close together at night.

The city of Orizaba is very nice.
The city of Orizaba is very nice. It is clean and the people are very nice. English, nor languages other than Spanish and the native tounge, are spoken. Spanish is a must. Everything and everyone was nice.

I have lived in Mexico as a US immigrant for 23 years. I have been to Orizaba numerous times, it is my favorite town in Mexico, cleanest, sidewalks are wide and paved, benches everywhere along the sidewalks, and many attractions for this Pueblo Magico

Taking the bus to and from Puebla can be an adventure as the road winds through the mountains, where we got stuck for an hour behind construction and where fog can cause accidents. Once you're there, however, the city is lovely, clean and surrounded by mountains.

When it's sunny, Orizaba is a great place to wander around: mountains, beautiful river walk, charming "centro". In January though, there can be many cold and rainy days. Maybe pick a different time of year!

Set at the base of high mountains. Fresh air! Great walking town. River flowing through town. Bustling town center full of families and seniors. Totally safe. Not so great for food. Found one very good Italian restaurant, Marron.

This city impressed us. It is clean and well maintained.
The citizens actually follow the road rules and everything seems organized.
There are a lot of things to do and sites to see. We were particularly impressed with the design of the parks.

Location is perfect for seeing Orizaba - Downtown - the building is new and beautifully decorated. Coffee shop is right next door - fabulous. Restaurants and sites to see all within walking distance. Pay for parking - right next door - so convenient! Very friendly staff - everyone very welcoming and helpful. The King bed is so comfortable as well as all the linens .... Rooftop terrace wonderful to enjoy a cup of coffee at sunrise or glass of wine at sunset. The church bells will ring - rise and shine. Enjoy your stay!

Everything was excellent… I had a great view as my shower was facing el cerro del Borrego. I enjoyed the bed; the sheets felt fresh and clean as well as the towel. Customer service was exceptional. I enjoyed my stay and I will recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to have a nice night sleep. The down side is that breakfast was not included… for the price, it should.

Loved my stay , the place is clean , quiet and near the center. Also very near the entrance for the walk up to Cerro Borego.
Angel and Victor are super friendly, wish I could have stayed longer in beautiful Orizaba.
