Well equipped and comfortable. Nice building with a big Internal patio. Although rooms have no windows to the exterior, but was not an issue for me. Helpful staff. Good breakfast including mexican chilaquiles

The room was very clean (including the air conditioning ducts, I checked), everything was new, It was quiet to sleep, It had a great view of the volcano and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

The place was just lovely: the rooms were comfy, the staff was friendly, the parking was safe. There was a fitness room with an amazing view over the city and all in all it was a very pleasant experience.
