We had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer our questions. The location was perfect — close to city center yet peaceful at night. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Initially planned to stay for 2 nights, but ended up extending to 4, that’s how clean and comfortable the place was. The unit is well-equipped with everything you need: microwave, washing machine, fridge, TV with Netflix, and more. The owner was also super kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. The view? Beautiful. The balcony overlooks the waterfront, and it’s the perfect spot to relax.

Location was great near Emart Batu Kawa. The homestay very clean and comfortable. Have a complete cooking set also washing machine and dryer. The owner also bought us the iron and iron board upon request. The owner is good
