Our accommodation was a free standing studio unit with wrap around verandah. Off street parking next to the unit. Very well appointed interior - quite new. The unit included a kitchen which gave us the flexibility/choice of dining in or out. A very comfortable stay. Hosts welcoming and friendly.

An excellent location, away from the busy town yet just a short walk into the town centre. Peaceful place with greenery and a beautiful garden. Comfortable bed and a huge and neat bathroom. Host is very friendly and she will make sure your needs are take care of. This is a place to come back to in future.

Stand alone tiny cottage with bathroom, fridge, microwave. Very comfortable bed, electric blankets. Clean, everything felt new and worked well. Fiona was friendly and helpful, although there wasn’t need for any help as the cottage had everything.

Excellent facilities, Rhys and Anna are very friendly and helpfull in providing travel information. Breakfast was extensive, you can select from a variety dishes which are prepared freshly. Kotare is located in a beautyfull landscape and can also serve as a base camp for a longer stay.

Very cosy and close to local amenities. It was a smooth check-in and the host was very responsive to our queries.

Such a nice place. Very nice, comfortable, spacious "studio" (where we stayed) with a covered carport for the car. Separated kitchen where you can cook your meals and eat. Nice hot shower with good pressure. Large and very comfortable bed. Comfortable sofa. Located in a very quiet place with a huge garden, trees, lawn and nice chairs. Easy 5 min walk to Geraldine center and the "4 square". Easy to find but is outside the main roads of Geraldine center therefore very quiet. Very easy check in and check out. They also have apartment with 1 separated bedroom and some with 2 bedrooms. Good wifi. Lovely welcoming people with very good communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so that we came again after our bike tour.
