This was truly one of my absolute best stays. The service was AMAZING, and when we arrived, the hosts were already waiting for us with everything perfectly prepared. They were so friendly and welcoming. Both the staff and the manager were absolutely fantastic in the way they treated us, always finding solutions and helping us with everything we asked for. The facilities are incredibly cozy, fresh, and spotless. I highly recommend this place. A thousand thanks to everyone at the accommodation!

Our stay was perfect from the very beginning. The staff are amazing: everyone is kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. It’s a family-run place and you can really feel the care, effort, and attention to detail throughout. Communication before arrival was easy and smooth. The reception team was always lovely and made us feel so confident that we organized everything through them. They also have great local contacts, like the tuk-tuk driver, who was an absolute gem. The pool and restaurant area is beautiful. The food was delicious, and the staff serving us were always smiling and attentive. The pool was always clean, and the sunbed area is perfect for relaxing. The villas are surrounded by well-maintained greenery; we saw the gardener working every day. The room had everything we needed and more: a very comfortable bed, Smart TV, fridge and freezer that actually work, a large bottle of drinking water, quiet and efficient air conditioning, comfortable pillows, and room service available. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily return. Thank u <3

This place is an absolute gem. If you’re looking to relax, disconnect, and snorkel with turtles right at your doorstep, this is the place. Breakfast is served at their bar with stunning ocean views, and everything is fresh and delicious. You can even have lunch and dinner delivered from a nearby restaurant, super convenient and great value for money. Moalboal center is only a short tuk-tuk ride away, but honestly, once you arrive at Sambag you won’t feel the need to go anywhere else. The atmosphere is so peaceful that it became our favorite part of the whole trip. We were lucky enough to meet the owners and even join a bit of their family gathering, genuinely lovely people. And a special mention has to go to Lisa, the heart and soul of this place. She truly cares about making your stay unforgettable and goes out of her way to help you experience the best of Moalboal. Because of her and the whole team, we felt completely spoiled. We moved on to Panglao afterwards and nothing quite compared, that’s how good this place is. If I could give Lisa and the team 100 stars out of 10, I absolutely would. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again.

In one word, excellent!!! Very clean and well maintained facilities! The staff was very welcoming and helpful at all times! Breakfast was included in our room booking and it was well prepared and adequate (if not, there is a very good french café just opposite the hostel). Drinkable water was available. It is located a 15-min walk from bustling Moalboal center, which was much preferable in our case. The hostel has a free shuttle bus to/from center, but they can also arrange a tricycle to pick you up. The security guard and the monitoring of the common areas also made us feel safer. Thank you guys! ✨🙏🏼

Relaxing, calm resort on the hills, about a 30 minutes drive from Moaalboal. I was feeling very good there throughout my 6 days stay. Rooms are comparably small, but well-equipped with modern, silent aircon and breathtaking view from the balcony. Pool area is very cool, large, deep pool also sufficent for some swimming, WiFi is also reliable. The food in the restaurant is very good and prices are ok. Finally, the staff and the owners are extremely hospitable and take personal care of the guests.
