Everything! The place is idyllic and beautiful, perfect for switching off. The staff were beyond helpful and always trying to make sure our expectations and requests were addressed and surpassed. The house had all the facilities to warrant the cosiest of stays. Perfect breakfast.

The staff just couldn't have been nicer! Professional and pleasant, from the front desk staff, to the dining room staff to the cleaning staff, to the spa staff. Everyone was very nice and very helpful! The hotel is big and really beautiful. They are doing some updating (there was some construction going on outside and in the room next to us, but they were considerate and it didn't bother us at all--some nice updating going on). The room (suite) was adorable and very comfortable. It was my favorite room of the many hotels we stayed at on our trip. The spa uses natural thermal spring water, which is why we went there! ♨️ The pool is very large and with great views--has a diving board and is very deep at that end! 😀 The breakfast was excellent. Best coffee of the trip, and the food was delicious. Overall, this is a grand place to relax and be calm. I could see spending weeks there! (Which, some people probably do, due to the medicinal treatments at the spa).
