We booked a sea view room, and from the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted with a pleasant aroma that set a welcoming tone. The hotel is spotless, reflecting its high standards of cleanliness. One notable aspect of our stay was the exceptional service. Even though we left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door because we were checking out in the evening and didn’t want the room cleaned, the receptionist kindly called to ask if we would still like the room cleaned. This level of attentiveness is truly exceptional. Every staff member we encountered, from the security guards to the concierges who helped with our luggage, and the receptionists, displayed great service and kindness. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay did not go unnoticed.
