The vibe of this hotel is just fantastic. I've travelled quite a bit around the world and am a fan of smaller places where the team are on the ball and function well. Flamm exceeded my expectations astronomically. It felt at times like we had hired out the hotel in it's entirety or were staying in our own private house fortunately too the weather was spot on. For this time we went Flamm felt like a hidden gem and I almost feel reluctant to put so much of a detailed positive review here highlighting how good it is because I'd love to go back again next year and have exactly the same experience ie fewer people there to interpret the serenity and not an Englishman in sight . The manager especially goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the guests are happy but honestly all the staff follow his lead. The food at the restaurant too is amazing and the level of service they give you is akin to that the finest English restaurants such as the Ivy. For those of you needing a gym there is one 15min walk/3min cab away at another hotel where you can pay for day use and also get their spa and sauna area included in the price, once I discovered this I was made!

Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast included which is a bonus. Location is walking distance to the beach/main area of Turkbuku (10 min walk). We managed to get an airport transfer through the hotel for a good price. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Pool was nice but w didnt use it. Mini fridge and wardrobe available. Aircon was definetly a must during july. Overall we felt very safe and welcomed in this hotel.
