The house is incredible. 7 adults fit well, the home has an exceptional layout, and we adored the decor. My personal favorite is the sign outside the room my wife and I stayed in which says "You are exactly where you need to be", a key point on our journey. My teens loved each of the donuts which were made by the hostess (a clear indication of personal care). The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, preparation equipment and all cooking requirements. We arrived at night, so the view was even more breathtaking when we woke up. It was a quick, easy trip to Zion National Park after breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. Location, clean except bathtowel in master bathroom stank like dirty old unwashed towel, but hung up like clean. Fridge beeps loudly every 3 min. 24-hrs a day. That was a past problem someone mentioned. Front door Handel inside falling off needs screw tightened. Hand railing going upstairs falling off. Any posting about horses across street stinking, I saw or smelt no evidence of that our kids had fun watching them. Outside upstairs balcony was fun to sit and see red mountains, and watch horses. Overall, very clean, wonderful house except for the items I mentioned.

In short everything. Sunset was amazing, we have booked wagon (tends were looking nice, but I would recommend wagon). Wagon offered a parking spot immediately under the wagon, patio with the bench, table, grill and fireplace was superb. We had nice fire and s'mores/marshmallows with perfect sunset. Also, big thanks to our host Heather, she was super helpful and friendly. All in all our only mistake was to book just a single night there, next time we would like at least 2-3 nights.

We had the most wonderful stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so warm and inviting. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The peaceful setting made it the perfect place to relax, yet it was still close enough to enjoy nearby activities and attractions. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Communication was easy, and every detail was carefully thought out to ensure we had everything we needed.
