As someone who travels frequently around the world, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We spent 7 days here, and every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel. Whether you're planning a short city break or a longer stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We will absolutely be coming back!

Our stay at the Baccarat Hotel in New York was simply exceptional. From A to Z, everything was perfect — beautiful interiors, outstanding comfort, and truly five-star service. This is a great accommodation near Manhattan. The subway is just a few meters from the apartment so it's an excellent option if you don't want to splurge a huge amount and yet keep yourself comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped as well as the bathroom. The host helped us store our luggage earlier.
