We were very kindly welcomed. The owner (I believe it was the owner) let us choose between two rooms. We chose the smaller one. The room was clean. I was surprised that it was better equipped than ANY hotel I've stayed in the past. I happened to be in hotels where there was not even a microwave, and here there was not only a microwave and a mini fridge, but also a toaster, wine glasses, wine opener, utensils, mugs + disposable coffee cups. There were also napkins, disposable plates and drinking cups. The bathroom had a hairdryer, towels and extra toilet paper, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. This place really exceeded my expectations. The owner was very nice. We felt welcomed to be there. I also recommend their bar/restaurant. They have delicious food and great service. I hope I will get a chance to go back there soon.

Very efficient check in. Given a decent room on the top floor. Room very clean and everything worked. No surprises

Of all my staying at motels and hotels, This one is the most horrible place. In the first room l was given smells, there was animal hair on the floor mats, and the shower was not working, the toilet looks awful and very filthy. I told them that l am allergic to animal hair so they changed the room. The second room also has a filthy toilet bowl and the bathtub looks dirty. I told them l cannot stay in that room. They gave me another room and that room was a bit okay but the floor was dirty. l lifted the toilet seat and it was covered with urine, inside the microwave was filthy and the plate was oily, everything was dusty. I was so frustrated and tired after a long 8-hour drive. Out of my frustration, l just used one of their towels to clean the furniture and then mopped the entire floor with a wet towel. When l felt the room was clean enough, l settled down. I think management needs to do an inspection of their property. Also if l were management, l will fire all of the workers that do the cleaning because they do not do their job well. The hallways were full of garbage. I will never use any Red Roof Property again ever.

Breakfast needs some improvement. We actually went out for breakfast because there was no bread for toast, cereal was stale, and we did not even see any milk. Needs a little attention.
