The vintage look of the place was well maintained. Tessa and the staff kept the lobbies, dining areas as well and rooms clean the whole time. The staff were beyond welcoming. Front desk staff Melissa, went above and beyond to accommodate me after a few failed attempts to access the room I booked. She upgraded me at no additional cost; she had a colleague accompany me to make sure I had no issues with the door again. There was another employee who worked second shift who was also accommodating to me as I had issues with room above me making so much noise I thought they were going to come through the ceiling. She offered to change my room and checked in with me which was nice. I would definitely stay here again because of the staff.
