The location is superb, in terms of view and also the peoperty has big potential. Big pool, big rooms, very comfortable. The owner does not speak any english, but google Translate does the job. We stayed for 2 nights. The first breakfast was a simple sandwich with omlete, and 2 bananas as desert. The second was better: pho bo. We were the only customers there, so i don't know if it is more divers when there are more people. The road to the accommodation is not paved, so you have to be careful if you drive a motorbike. The price, in my opinion, is big for what it offers, compared to other accommodations in the area.

Everything is reachable by bicycle, best way to explore! Mr. Hoi is incredibly kind, funny and helpful, we had health issues and he supported us through it, got to meet his beautiful family. This is the place to stay in Ninh Binh to best experience it.
