I had an amazing stay at this cottage, and I want to start by thanking the owner, Nirok. He is a truly genuine and kind person – always welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Big thanks to him! The cottage itself is beautiful. The view is simply breathtaking – a full 10/10, with a large window looking straight out over the lake. Everything is extremely clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches everywhere. There’s a fridge, cooking gadgets, and even a smart TV for when you just want to relax indoors. Outside, there’s a grill which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, making it the perfect place to recharge. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked great, and overall it felt like a real home away from home. I recommend this cottage 100% to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. I’ll definitely return whenever life gives me the chance to enjoy some free time here again.

The manager was welcoming, the room was brand new and with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Easy parking in a central location

Chkalovka Guest House is a place with beautiful garden, where You can spend some time. The owners are very friendly and hearty, they always asked if we need anything. Despite language barier we were able to communicate using google translator. Breakfast was delicious and large. Hosts asked us what we want to eat and prepared it on their own. We highly recommend this place to stay and hope that we will go there in the future :)

The owner was so kind and nice, even during our short interaction, that we would totally get back to this guesthouse which is in the true spirit of hosting. All was clean, even with lots of guests, towels were provided and also some other facilities that we did not use. Super goo value for the money we paid.

Tsovasar Family Rest Complex is located in Sevan and offers self-catering accommodations with an access to a private beach area and free WiFi. It is only a few steps away from Sevan Lake. Everything. The room, the service, the premises, the location, the view, the swimming pool, the food in their restaurant – all's great. Might be the best way to spend a couple of days on Lake Sevan.
