The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. Very nicely presented and tasty breakfast, helpful host. Good location, close to the center. I will definitely come back to this accommodation.

Boutique hotel 1898 The Post offers accommodation in an iconic, historical building in the heart of Ghent. It is situated in the former post office. Basically everything. Cosy, clean, in the absolute middle of everything. Very nice staff

The staff were most helpful, accommodating and friendly. The room was wonderful,clean & comfortable. The location was perfect. Just minutes walk to major attractions. Location was perfect since it was right next to Gent St pieters Station, where we went with convenience our one-day trips to other destinations near Ghent. The centre of Ghent is near on foot but if needed you can also take the tram next to the hotel. Furthermore, rooms were very cozy and clean, the beds very comfortable and the staff was helpful at every query I had.
