The location is excellent. The spa is beautiful and the views from everywhere we stayed were great. The Staff were all very friendly and the level of service exceptional. We loved every minute of it.

Situated 450 metres above Lake Lucerne on the Bürgenberg mountain, in the Bürgenstock Resort, the Waldhotel by Bürgenstock was designed by star architect Matteo Thun and features the Waldhotel Spa and... The location is beautiful , the facilities are excellent and the staff superb . The staff goes out of the way to make your stay very enjoyable . We particularly appreciated the services and warmth of restaurant manager of Verbena restaurant and Scangar at Spices , who went out of the way to explain to us about the food and the history of Burgestock .

The owners of the apartment are very friendly people. The apartment is spacious. We were a family of 5, 3 of which were children. The view from the balcony is stunning. We saw amazing sunset. Perfect cleanliness in the kitchen. Bed linen and towels are soft and smell delicious. Cozy cafe next to the house.

Monika and Pietro are very diligent in their care for the customer. View was awe inspiring for this Kansas native. Perfect for skiing since the lift is nearby.

Rising high on Mount Bürgenstock, this early 1900s villa offers luxurious rooms with balconies and a heated infinity pool overlooking Lake Lucerne. Swimming pool with incredible view.

מלון סופיריור נידוואלדנרהוף (Hotel Nidwaldnerhof direkt am See) ממוקם בבקנריד (Beckenried), ממש על חוף אגם לוצרן (Lake Lucerne), ומציע טרסה עם נוף לאגם וגישה חופשית לאינטרנט אלחוטי. המלון מקסים, במיקום מעולה, על אגם לוצרן. עשינו ממנו טיולי כוכב להר טיטליס, להר ריגי, לאיזור אינטרלאקן וללוצרן, כמובן. החדר היה נוח, המקרר הוא תוספת מעולה, והנוף.... איזה נוף מהמם של האגם מהחלון!!! יש חנייה מקורה מתחת למלון, ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת, אבל מעל הכל יש שם צוות נפלא, יעיל, מאיר פנים. כולם כל כך נחמדים, חייכנים ומסייעים בכל מה שצריך ונותנים תחושה ביתית. בקיצור - אהבנו ממש את המלון והלוואי ונוכל לחזור אליו שוב בקרוב.

Located in Beckenried at Lake Lucerne, Boutique-Hotel Schlüssel offers rooms of unique charm in a historic building dating back to 1820. WiFi access is free of charge. This was such a beautiful surprise. Haven’t enjoyed staying at a hotel in a loooong time. The ladies who run the place are super warm and welcoming. They host all guests for an Apero in the evening (maybe was a Xmas thing, but I loved it a lot) the room is spacious, clean, warm, nicely furnished, has coffee and tea facilities and a minibar. Comfy bed and a couch to lounge on. The dinner at the hotel was spectacular. Very meticulously curated 3 course dinner and the lady chef put all her love and creativity into the dishes. One massive plus: they arranged a welcome corner for my dog with a bed and two bowls.
