Felt like we were staying with a friend. She went above and beyond for recommendations for us. Assisted us with laundry, and provided a wonderful breakfast every morning. The location was absolutely perfect. Quiet, right by the train, and close to surrounding activities and restaurants.

The best hotel from my European tour (9 countries, 10 hotels). Everything is so new, beautiful. Many interesting details, tea/coffee/cutlery and plates available 24/7. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful view from both the room and the veranda 4th floor. Wonderful staff. Contactless check-in. Everything is very modern and beautiful! Large room, balcony. In Sarnen, 2 km from the Sarnensee Lake, the self-catered Apartments Chalet Wirz Travel offers an air-conditioned apartment with free WiFi and free private parking on site. Everything was perfect - this was our most enjoyable stay in many years of vacationing in different parts of the world. JP is a wonderful host and Sarnen and the apartment were just perfect. I would love to come back and visit again!
