The Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa is a historic five-star hotel located in the heart of Bern, Switzerland. I spent 2 nights alone as a treat to myself. This is the best place to spend time alone (or not ), you can't get bored as you can spend time at the spa or the gym, or sit at the balcony and watch passers by. The staff is nice and discreet. They'll answer any questions and accommodate your needs. Very enjoyable spa and very well equipped gym. The bedding is very comfortable. The room is extremely clean and cozy. The shower is amazing.

A spacious villa uphill in the quiet countryside of Switzerland with everything a family needs. A massive garden overlooks the village with swings for children to play. The beds are so comfy that we almost fell asleep immediately. Clean everywhere. A lot of options for breakfast, even some homemade products. 3 bathrooms and toilets for the guests! One of the bathroom has a big bath tub. We only stayed 1 night so didn't have time to use it. The property has 2 floors and the land lady slept in an extended part on the ground floor. She took care of us and cleaned the table and kitchen after our dinner and breakfast. At first I felt a little awkward that the land lord was around. But she is so friendly and kind that you almost feel you are served by a caring mother and a granny of my kids. She couldn't speak English very well but still made the effort to chat with us using Google Translate. My wife and kids had been afraid of dogs for a long time due to negative experience from before, but her dog "Mo" gave us a calm and friendly feeling that my kids started to play with it the next morning. On our departure she gave us a full bag of food including home-made jams and bread to eat on our way home. What a hospitality! We feel home here and will never forget such a warm-hearted land lady!

Public transport is about 800 meters (.5 mile from the location) or it’s a beautiful mile stroll/bike into the old town. I stayed in the loft space and I’m on my way to Amsterdam so it felt like I was getting practice on the way their lol Cute little kitchen, bathroom, living room and a reading nook in the loft space with the comfiest chair, had an awesome sleep in a comfy bed. Then finished off my stay by having an espresso In the cute kitchen before departing.

Featuring mountain views, Magnifique Studio à louer provides accommodation with a terrace, around 44 km from International Watch and Clock Museum. The location was amazing. The city and the lake is visible from view. The Bissat family were also very kind and nice. We would gladly stay again :)

Featuring a garden and views of inner courtyard, Family M Apartments 4-5-6 is a recently renovated apartment located in Kappel bei Olten, 35 km from Roman Town of Augusta Raurica. A perfect place to stay with a very pleasant neighbourhood in a peaceful area with private parking. Landlords were extremely helpful and I found them very well organised to make the stay hassle free. I got all the information and guidance in advance in due course which really helped. Cannot thank them enough as the property and service I received were exactly what I expected. Those different tea bags, Umbrellas and little first aid bag were very sensible jobs from Landlords that really impressed me. I would definitely come back to this place and recommend it to my friends.

Maybe one of the best stays I ever had in Europe, though it was just a one-night passing by. The house is made from an old cow barn, very chic and cozy, well furnished and equipped with everything you may need. Bamboo screens divide the large space elegantly so that the bed is nicely located in privacy. Also lovely books and postcards in the collection. As a passer by, I also liked that the house is conveniently located from the highway, which makes it the best stop for driving from north to the south.

Offering a garden and garden view, Bright, sunny holiday apartment on the farm is set in Oberdiessbach, 30 km from Bern Clock Tower and 30 km from Münster Cathedral. Very friendly family. Beautiful view from the terrace.
