Located 500 metres above Lake Lucerne in the canton of Nidwalden close to Lucerne, this 5-star hotel awaits you with a combination of modern comfort and a traditional Swiss ambience. Everything was perfect. Staffs were super friendly, breakfast was delicious and the Spa was awesome. Definitely worth the money. We had high expectations given how nice the pictures online look and it looks even better in person.

It was listed as a 3-star hotel, but service is definitely 4-star! + Services: We stayed there during NYE with our dogs (frenchie & bichon) to get away from the fireworks. Although the reception was already closed when we arrived late at 9:30PM, but the restaurant staff helped us to check-in. Dogs were allowed in the restaurant, breakfast was good, and NYE dinner at the restaurant was lovely. Overall, a very dog-friendly hotel! + Room: The in-room temperature was very comfortable, food bowls and blankets were placed in the room for our dogs, bed and pillows were very comfortable! + Parking and outdoors: Free parking onsite, and plenty of outdoor/grass areas for our dogs to run around.

The rooms are so beautiful with lake view. The bacon at breakfast also the best. Location is wonderful. I will stay here again next time.
