Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. I love this hotel! I travel lots, so I don't say this lightly. Beautiful view from private balcony, relaxed atmosphere, wonderful staff, great rooms, nothing over-the-top or ostentatious - just calm. Good breakfast. Useful location.

They picked us up at the bus station, explained everything that we asked, were super helpful and provided an excellent breakfast. We would stay there again, if we ever visited. They have 2 cute dogs and a pool area, where you can chill. The kitchen is well equipped and you can even wash your clothes. Thank you so much again for your hospitality!

Edgardo, the host, is very attentive and kind. He was very flexible with check-in time, and communication before and during the stay was outstanding.

The breakfast was amazing and had products from the local producers on the area. Very delicious and the spot to was beautiful, with a nice view to the whole emplacement.

The location was exceptional - right next to a park, but within a couple blocks of downtown to be able to walk to restaurants and stores. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. A family lives there and has some help to run the guesthouse. They're all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was filling and cooked to order. The complimentary alfojares introduced them to me, and throughout our trip I bought more!
