Tea and coffee-making facilities are included. Reception staff great. Cleanliness great. Complimentary included shuttle service on a frequent operating schedule was amazing. The room was very clean and very nice suited. The Location was very good. The hotel staff could learn little english but we menaged to communicate every day :) Everything else was on a high level. It is a 5-minute walk from the Jiade Artistic Center and the National Art Museum of China. the hotel was super central to the forbidden City and had a grocery store next by. The rooms were modern and clean. The chief concierge Hank Yan helped us a lot with everything. He was such a nice an helpful guy, without him some trips would have been very difficult.
