The girl at the reception speaks great english and she is lovely, as well as the rest of her family :) The location is 100/10, just a few steps from the Tianmen mountain cable car!

Extremely welcoming hosts, great attention to detail, always trying to make your feel as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was also very good and they even gave us a goodbye present. I injured my ankle and they were always looking after me, got me medicine and helped me out. Couldn’t recommend it more! A 10/10.

Everything was exceptional, the best hotel we have stayed at in China. The hotel owner Isaac always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was extremely helpful in giving us all the information needed for visiting both parks. The hotel amenities were fantastic, the grounds and very pretty with an incredible view, and the rooms were super modern and clean. We loved the traditional Chinese breakfast each morning too, which was new to us but delicious every time. Thank you so much to Isaac and his family who made our trip to Zhangjiajie absolutley perfect, I would recommend staying here to anyone.
