We used the free washers and dryers and petted the resident golden retriever. Just 5 minutes away is a good restaurant, and the views in the area are gorgeous!

The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, going above and beyond to make me feel at home and providing great tips on exploring the area. Overall, Hotel Utopia combines fantastic views, wonderful service, and a unique atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to fully enjoy the magic of Zhangjiajie!

The room was very clean and beautiful, the location was great, and the best part was Rainbow, who helped guide me through excursions and travel advice, always patiently and warmly assisting me!

Mr. Liu provides excellent guide and insight of Feng Huang sights and attractions. Exquisite Dinner available and is recommended. Suggest contacting the property to arrange personal pickup at the Train Station and the extra is only a token to remove the hassle to get to property and back to station.

The owner was a lovely lady who helped us book airport transfer and even helped us book tickets to the glass bridge. She gets a discount too. The location was brilliant. We could walk to the East entrance to Zhangjiajie national forest. We had an amazing stay here and we're sad to say goodbye Wuling town is a treasure.
