Amazing staff who gave us great recommendations on the attractions to visit. We had a very smooth stay and tours thanks to them. Very attentive and responsive ! The room was beautiful, very well furnished and very clean! Breakfast was good with mainly Chinese options.

Accomodation is a short walking distance (10min tops) away from bus station for Wulingyuan park and cablecar for Tianmen mountain. It's situated in a small picturesque street filled with tiny family hotels and street vendors selling everything from food to souvenirs. By far the biggest upside is hotel manager Rainbow who is the most helpful and kind person we encountered during our trip. Her english is really good and she's happy to help with all the questions you may find. Even if she can't help you right away, she'll do research on the spot and find the answers. She will provide you with a map of both Wulingyuan and Tianmen and explain all the route options and their cost. You will never feel lost with Rainbow in your wechat contacts.

Extremely welcoming hosts, great attention to detail, always trying to make your feel as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was also very good and they even gave us a goodbye present. I injured my ankle and they were always looking after me, got me medicine and helped me out. Couldn’t recommend it more! A 10/10.

I would like to separately note the transfer - meeting at the airport and free transfer to the city center turned out to be a huge advantage when choosing a hotel. It is really convenient and creates a feeling of care from the first minutes of your stay. The breakfast was wonderful, and the atmosphere itself was calm and quiet, which is ideal for relaxation and a complete reboot. Excellent service, a great team with whom you feel in good hands. I will be happy to recommend this hotel to everyone and really hope to come back again!

We completely enjoyed our stay! The staff was always ready to help with all the facilities, excursions, taxis and all other things. Great thanks and appreciation to the staff! They made our days comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious with a nice authentic interior.
