With its classic accommodation and leisure and spa facilities. The treatment from Ahmed medhat, husien eissa and Nancy Hani was amazing. They took care of everything for me, they were checking on me constantly to see if I needed anything and they gave me all the best options for my stay. Totally would recommend this hotel if you want to have a good time.

Great hotel in a fantastic location, close to the Pyramids. They arranged a smooth airport pickup. The room was clean and adequately equipped. The breakfast was excellent and served in the room. The mattress still had a plastic cover, which was a bit noisy but not bothersome to me. The staff was very welcoming, especially Ahmed and Mohammad. They went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. I requested a room with a view of the Pyramids, and they promptly moved me to one. The hotel also has a beautiful front yard, which is a great spot to relax and enjoy a coffee. The papyrus store below the hotel is amazing. Amireh showed me how the papyrus papers are made and answered my questions with great patience.

The view from our room with balcony was amazing, also the terrace where we had all our meals had the same spectacular view! The food was really good and tasty, always fresh - local Egyptian. I am vegetarian and they were so kind to offer more options that were not on the menu. The location was lovely - in a part with mostly locals, very quiet, far from the city chaos.2 min by walk the closest shop. The hosts and staff made us feel there like at home and even as a part of family - such a unique atmosphere! We would come back just because of them! They were very kind, helpful, informed us about things we need to know to move around, always helped with taxis, cars, tours.

The customer was noted from every moment and treated with welcome, kindness, politeness. At the moment of arrival we were greeted with a welcoming drink. Check in process went smoothly. I got a beautiful room with a wonderful view to the pool. It was clean and quiet and had all the accessories needed - could not expect more. The pool was beautiful and when arriving a staff member brought me a pool towel - really considerating! At breakfast I was served impeccably, really personal and welcomed. The hotel manager came to greet me two times to hear how my visit has been. I cannot compliment the hotel enough. Thank you so much for the wonderful visit, I wish to stay for a longer time.
