Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We got all necessary information and could find our room easily. Homelike atmosphere. We felt welcome and our stay was very comfortable. The place was very quiet and ideal for relaxing. Finally the breakfast was just delicious. Can strongly recommend this accommodation.

The location! Just a few mins. walking to the cathedral and the places of interest in the old town of Burgos. Also, groceries and restaurants were just a stone's throw away from the apartment. There was a parking nearby to park the car safely and the elevator which is an essential for us when renting an appartment so it will be easy to bring the luggages up. For dog owners like us, there's a park not so far for them to play and do their toiletage.
Loved our stay here. Lovely room, comfortable bed, well located and exceptional value for money. There is a coffee machine and honesty bar and a complimentary bottle of water in the room. The host answers all messages very promptly and kindly let us leave our bags safely there after check out. We will definitely stay again but next time would book the underground parking offered as it was quite difficult to find street parking. Thank you!
Very smart, clean and well-presented hotel. Bedroom very comfortable. Good wi-fi. Multi-socket connector on desktop. A useful addition. Limited parking nearby and mainly blue-zone. Secure underground car parking opposite front door. On arrival you can park directly outside the front door for 30 minutes to take bags to room and organise parking. Staff fluent in English and very helpful.
We loved the stylish entrance and room decoration. It made you feel at home. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The traffic-free streets around the hotel were lovely and full of charming small tapas restaurants. Our dog was welcomed at first sight! The hotel offererd a discount at the underground Parking lot on Plaza de Espana.
While the hotel does not have air conditioning the rooms are reasonably cool. The staff were absolutely fantastic and gave us a choice of rooms to choose from. It should be noted there is no car park, nor can you pull up at the hotel as it is in a pedestrianised area. There is underground parking close by. Bars, shops and restaurants are all close by. We intend to return.

Tidy hotel only a short walk away from the Cathedral.and main plazas and bars. Managed to get free street parking out the front but we were lucky. There's an outdoor parking lot next door that is fairly cheap, and the indoor one at the Museo de la Humana. Clean. Great bathroom and toilet (decent size). Efficient staff. There's a cafe/bar in the lobby. Good value for money.
The appartment is incredible! Very roomy, very clean & with everything you need. It‘s above Burgos so you have a very good view over the city. It doesn‘t seem close, but you are in town within a 5 minutes walk. The host (Jesús) has a lot of experience, so you won‘t miss anything. If travelling by car, we recommend to book the parking lot, as it is pretty close to the appartment and there are not many free parking lots on the street.
