It's an easy 15 or so minute walk from the train station, and the city is also extremely walkable and picturesque even in February.

The first Alfred Hotels location cultivates a soft and subdued atmosphere, blending the charm of a family home with the timeless appeal of a country inn. The room was big with a comfortable bed. Location is perfect for both city centre and train station. Online concierge service is new but seems to be quite useful

The apartment was well furnished. It had a nicely equipped kitchen and a private patio which we thoroughly enjoyed. The air conditioning was a plus because the weather was hot both days. Evertything worked beautifully. The host provided clear instructions for checking in and out and also gave guidance on local attractions that was extremely helpful.
