The apartment had a terrace with a couple of chairs to enjoy the sight. Everything was clean, everything worked perfectly, the shower pressure was optimal, the bed and pillows were comfortable. For a small village It is quite lively.

The main level is very spacious and had a very homely feeling to it. The upper level, where the bedrooms are, also is spacious and the rooms are great. Both washrooms are nice but in particular, the washroom and shower in the bedroom is excellent. The host family from Constantino that I communicated with and the website to Mr. Bobby and Mrs. Maria are fantastic people. Mr. Bobby and Mrs. Maria made us feel very much at home and we had about an hour long conversation with them while we were having breakfast. My son, also Bobby, said when we had left that they were some of the nicest people he has ever met and I would agree.

This was my third time visiting Itea and my stay at Kalafatis beach home was by far the best! Excellent location, super clean & extremely comfortable apartment a breath away from the city center but at the same time long away the hustle and bustle! The attention of the owner is superb. Exactly what authentic Greek hospitality must be. Thank you all for this memorable stay, we will be definitely back very soon ♥️

Excellent care and hospitality by the family that owns the guest house. Their sense of joy and pride in hosting guests is clearly evident. We had a fantastic stay (Erato Studio). Private and secure parking is a definite plus. A good coffee selection was provided along with fresh food to make our own snacks and breakfast. We will return.

Quiet location, parking no problem, unbelievable views, modern and ample facilities and great breakfast. Perfect for our one night and would stay here again without hesitation.
