All of the staff are so friendly and inviting and make you feel like family. They all go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The accomodation is located just a short walk from town making everything easily accessible. We booked our trek with them also. We did the 2 nights and 3 day trek and were led by knowledgeable guides who customised the trek to our needs. We seen many orangutans, various monkeys, hornbills and other stunning wildlife. We are vegetarian and all the meals were delicious. Best of all the guides are passionate about the health and protection of the jungle and take all ethical measures seriously. We also booked a day trip through them to see the one of the largest flowers in the world. It was an experience that we will not forgot. It was an incredible experience!!! Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Bukit Lawang.

The food was also delicious, every meal was a treat. The highlight of the stay was the jungle trek with their son Nabil and others. We were so well taken care of throughout the trek. Truly unforgettable days, highly recommended!
