Location, cleanliness, helpful staff and modern amenities. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is a good size. The check in and check out process is fast and friendly. It's a great place to spend the night before or after a long flight.

Located in the business district of Gurgaon, it is a 2-minute walk from DLF Tower. Free WiFi is available in the rooms of the property. My daughter loves this hotel. Everytime we visit the family, we make a stopover at Trident before moving further. They accommodated my request of removing carpets from the room and arranged an air purifier as my daughter has severe dust allergies. From service, to staff, to food, to embience, Everything was spot on! Thank you to the entire team.
