This room had additional features of steam cubicle & walk in closet. I loved the Toiletries of Forest Essentials (Luxurious Ayurveda) body lotion and shower gel; the toiletries were delicately fragrant not powerfully perfumed. Attentive Staff: - Staff were the highlight of my stay. Staff were eager and willing to give what is needed to guests. All guests will surely feel well taken care of. I appreciate the hospitality I and my cousin received from: . Lady / SHWETA (the queen of hospitality from day one) . Chef / lady MASUMA (super pleasant and extremely generous) . Chef / lady ANKANA (super gracious and very accommodating) . Mr Nishan a young man from Assam, was sweet and kind. We exchanged gifts. . Surroundings: - The garden was lush with flourishing foliage and a Rain tree of over 125 years old. The dining was fab as well, breakfast at Lapis was delicious, with well flavoured Indian items. Staff were attentive during breakfast. I had a great stay. SEE photos.

Neat and clean, car parking.
The bedsheets had stains . The car park that was mentioned as available but seemed lik it was some valet park available at some site away from the property. Not safe at all to hand over a vehicle considering we had a bad experience doing the same before. Always better to be informed about parking well in advance so we can make hotel booking accordingly
Over all the stay was very Good, though it is located just beside the bus station we have lot of hotels and other stuffs . only one thing i wanted to mention is they have car parking for 2 - 3 cars space we can park at a time so please call the hotel after or before booking for the car parking availability is it only to park the car inside the hotel but we have outside some space which is not near to the hotel.
The location of the hotel is good and close to the main road and easy access The rooms were maintained well and were clean Car parking is a constrain if we have to access the vehicle a few times during the day as they have parking only in the basement and the road to park the car in front of the hotle is very congested
Very big and neat room having all the very best facilities including lift, toiletries, enormous car parking lot, serene atmosphere especially the very polite and helpful reception personnel particularly that of Mr.Balaji, GM, who guided us to various temple visits
Enough space for car parking, valet parking, bellhop was good, 50% of staff were good in restaurant, grand entrance lobby, room service was quicker from restaurants.
Worth for every Rupee you spend. Spacious Room, Spacious Toilet, Spacious Car Parking Lot. And Everything is so clean and tidy. Forget about TV and Wardrobe (people don't use it half of the time) Instead Extras you can get and use in common are free Wifi, a Washing Machine, a Fridge, table for dining with good view, 24 hours Filtered Drinking Water, Iron Box, open Terrace for hanging Cloths. (What More you can ask for a 1000 Rupees Hotel).
