The staff was great and very helpful. Mr. Bharat and Ms. Sonali were more than kind to help us with special arrangement for our 4 year old daughter. The GM Mr. Mark came out to personally help us and provided us with the best room possible so that we did not had to walk a lot with our baby and her stroller.

Everything was wonderful. Shiv Shakti is located in the most peaceful part of Rishikesh, in the middle of a forest and a few steps away from the waterfalls. Ram is such a friendly and helpful host who takes care of everything. As of the food, it is very tasteful and of high hygiene standards. I am only looking forward to return to Shiv Shakti:)

Situated in Nainital and only 24 km from Bhimtal Lake, The Hilltop Haven features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property has garden views. Guests can access the aparthotel via private entrance. The location was very calm and had a beautiful view. Rooms were clean, had everything what we needed and the host was very friendly and helpful. He tried to find us a taxi and when arriving he even contacted our taxi driver to help him find directions. Breakfast was alright but nothing fancy. Overall a very pleasant stay.
