Recommending for those who wanted to stay peacefully from busy life, it's a best place then with good facilities, and food. You should stay min 2-3 days to enjoy the place. We got chance to listen to live music band, which is occasionally. They have a complementary tea & snack bar near to paddy field which was a lovely, and reminds me the old good times. Good food (we had a la carte) and great staff at reception and restaurants. Especially Sayand was very friendly! We also really enjoyed the complimentary nature walk and the different activities (table tennis, board games, etc.). They also helped us organise transport and other activities around the area.

The owner provided us with local food of kerala which was delicious. Peaceful and serene environment. We highly recommend Kalidasa Tree House.

Everything, specially the activities included: we didn’t know about them - nor that it is located in the middle of the jungle- when we booked it and came as a pleasant surprise. The night and morning walks with the naturalists were amazing, we saw a bunch of animals :)
