This guest house is set on a family-owned, working farm with animals. Central Selfoss in southern Iceland is 7 km away. WiFi, sauna and outdoor hot tub access are free. This was a very comfortable stay. Wonderful hospitality and very nice breakfast buffet, including make your own waffles. The beds were very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the authentic barrel sauna every evening, as well as the hot tub/ jacuzzi. The place was spotless and peaceful out in nature. The hosts clearly care about their guests having a good experience. Also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a handbook containing various scenic destinations in the region. Thank you so much!!

This place is a gem. The owner, Remune, is super kind, helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome. Communication was very easy and prompt. The campervan is super clean and comfortable and very well designed with lots of space. Despite being a camper van, it has everything we need. . We love that we could experience staying in such a luxurious campervan. Beds are comfortable and we slept very well. Windows are brilliant - they open easily to let in fresh air which enable us to control the temperature of our rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with a full size fridge and amenities to enable us to cook our meals easily. There are condiments and choices of hot drinks and we appreciate the coke and chocolate left for us. Coffee is great. We love the beautiful, quiet and peaceful rustic surrounding and yet we were only a short drive to Bonus and Krónan supermarkets. Check in and check out were super easy.
