Hotel Cannero is located in the lakeside town of Cannero Riviera on the shores of Lake Maggiore. It offers a seasonal outdoor pool and on-site restaurant. A great location on the waterfront. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner offerings. The staff were kind, helpful, accommodating and attentive.

Amazing experience at this wonderful hotel; the location in Cannero Riviera is perfect, very close to the place where we can take the ferry and literally on the promenade along the lake. We had a room with a view on the lake and it was magical. The breakfast is the best breakfast we ever had; so many options! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we didn't expect such a high quality. The price was more than reasonable for the experience we had. Everybody at the hotel was very welcoming and we really hada great stay.

Very nice decor and huge comfortable bed. Nice coffee, and tray with snacks for breakfast. Beautifully maintained garden and parking available right at the door. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! A lot of attention has been paid to the property, and we loved the location a short walk into town.

Borgo Paradiso is located on a rather steep hill and allows a spectacular view over the roofs of Maccagno to Lago Maggiore. Our guest house was more than 100 years old, but nicely renovated. Our 2 rooms were on each side of a fully equipped kitchen with access to a balcony. The rooms had a good size, a wooden ceiling, and very comfortable beds. The bathroom had a good size and even a window! Our host Charlene spoke excellent English and was extremely nice and helpful. She offered us a gift of blueberry jam and honey and a coupon for free ice cream in the village. She also sent us advice for restaurants and which sights to see at Maccagno. Also the farmer who brought the breakfast (with fresh bread, cake, cheese and prosciutto) was very nice and made us feel welcome.
