Clean, comfortable, big, beautiful room and bathroom. Good breakfast, close to everything. Michael already thought of everything you might need.

We stayed one night and everything was excellent. The staff spoke excellent English, which was a benefit for us as we were tired after a long journey from Canada’s west coast. The front desk manager was very helpful- he arranged the payment for our on-street parking spot (the hotel also has its own parking garage), and personally brought extra towels to our room and fixed a connection problem with the wi-fi as well. The restaurant dinner was good and the free breakfast selections were outstanding- the best we’ve ever found in Italy.

Really lovely hotel next to the center and just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The breakfast and outdoor breakfast area were amazing. We could even rent bicycles for free to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Grand Hotel Terme has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Riolo Terme. With a bar, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The staff of the hotel were exceptional. We had to cut our trip short due to personal reasons and the staff were extremely understanding and friendly, we ended up not paying any extras due to the last minute cancellation but left with wonderful memories of the hotel, the restaurant and the thermal baths. We hope to come back soon to spend more time here.

Ein rundum tolles „Wohlfühl“-B&B, freundlichste Gastgeber, alles neu, sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer (wir hatten das „Vespero“-Apartment mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank, ~10 Nächte im Mai), super-bequeme Betten mit „Visco“- Auflage, ein Frühstück, wie es besser nicht sein könnte (frisch gepresster Orangensaft, wenn man möchte Eier-Speisen, kleine Häppchen mit Lachs etc.), da macht Frühstücken Spaß! Die Lage zum „freien“ Strand fussläufig 10 Minuten, wenn man „Bagno“ mag, noch kürzer. In einem Viertel mit Hotels und Apartments gelegen, wir hatten in der Vorsaison ausserhalb der Wochenenden das „Viertel“ quasi für uns, recht ruhig im Vergleich zur Strandpromenade. Abgeschlossener eigener Parkplatz. Appartment Vespero hat zwei Balkone, optimal für die richtige Sonnendosierung je nach Tageszeit. Stefania und Matteo sind tolle Gastgeber, wir hatten morgens immer eine „Musik-Challenge“ und viel Spass. Mille Grazie per Tutto e vi auguriamo buon divertimento! Rock the breakfast, Stefania! 😊

The breakfast was what you would need to get your day started..good coffee..with friendly staff we had some personal problems in Manila and the staff in Ravenna went way above our expectations and finally could use their phone to finally in Canada deal with our problem ..no queries just handed us the phone and relieved us of our stress.. very close to train station and was a great place to stay there,
