The room size was much larger than other hotels I've stayed at in Japan. The rooms are really well designed and super quiet. The bath tub is divine...very deep and perfect for soaking after walking all day. The location is perfect. Close to trains and easy to walk everywhere. The mall is 2 blocks away and the 4th floor has great food. The bar is really nice and the staff were just wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay. I would like to thank the bar staff for their kindness.

Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. The property was beautiful. The beds were clean and comfortable. There is an incredibly well stocked kitchen with very cute appliances and a spacious lounge area with games and books.

The room, staff, service, onsen and fire place were lovely. The free drinks, snacks in the library was generous and it was a pleasure to sit there with the other hotel guests. Location was brilliant just a few minutes walk from the station.
