This property is amazing with beautiful modern clean rooms - me and my friend each had a honeymoon suite which was right by the pool. Rooms were kept nice and cool by the AC and strong ceiling fan to beat the heat and humidity of outside. Lush green surroundings around the rest of the property too, living up to the name of the hotel perfectly! Location is great too - on a nice quiet street but only a couple of blocks away from all of the main action. What really stood out for us was the staff - absolutely incredible. The manager made sure to check in with us both before and during our stay and we were always greeted by big smiles from all the staff who remembered our names, and also greeted with nice cold towels when returning back from tours, which was a really nice touch. We could not believe the quality of the property and the service for the price! We would definitely stay here again and recommend that you do too!

It was my first solo trip, and I was a bit worried because of the situation with Thailand, but the staff sent such kind and reassuring messages that I immediately felt safe and welcomed. Cute Liza, trainee Iytlourt, the tall and handsome Houy, and Bertha who kindly cut the fruit I brought twice—everyone was so friendly and always answered my questions clearly. They helped arrange everything I wanted to do and everywhere I wanted to go, so I felt totally at ease. The facilities were very clean, there was free mineral water available anytime, and the pool was beautiful and relaxing with happy travelers around. The lunch box for the Angkor Wat sunrise day was huge and absolutely delicious! They also picked me up from the airport for $25, and on my departure they kindly provided a free tuk-tuk ride to the airport bus stop. I honestly didn’t want to leave—I wish I could have stayed much longer! The staff and the hotel were absolutely amazing.

The location was perfect for us, as it was a short walking distance to the central market, major sites and restaurants. The hotel was very good value for money with extensive buffet options for breakfast and take out option for sunrise seekers. The rooftop pool was clean and open for most of the day.

The staff is amazingly attentive and always with a smile, the room is very clean, made up every day and offering amenities (including water bottles for use while touring), a great swimming pool with nice fluffy towels, complimentary tea every afternoon, a complimentary tuktuk ride every evening to Pub Street and so much more. We were also very happy that reception helped us book a 2 day private Angkor Wat tour with English speaking guide and tuk tuk for the best price we could find by asking around, just the night before. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and if we ever come back, we'll definitely book the same hotel again.
