The accommodation features a housekeeping service, private check-in and check-out and currency exchange for guests. We arrived very early in the morning (after a night journey on a sleeping bus), but we were warmly welcomed and able to leave our luggage. By around 10 a.m., our room was ready, which we appreciated greatly. We spent a couple of very peaceful days, something that is very important to us. We loved the quick responses, excellent communication, cleanliness, and attentive service from Xavier and his wife. We used their laundry service, and our clothes were returned clean within a few hours. We also rented a motorbike from them to explore some waterfalls along part of the loop, and everything worked perfectly. Lastly, we purchased tickets to Don Det through them, with pickup directly from the accommodation. Everything was punctual and convenient. The nature around is enchanting and everything invites you to relax. The welcome is friendly. The manager and his staff are very considerate and smiling. They know how good customer service is. They were also very helpful in booking for us a trip to 4000 islands (we took a boat from their pier which is down the stairs from the hotel). The room is clean and very comfortable. The terrace overlooks the Mekong river and its quiet life. The swimming pool is a pleasant place to relax. The restaurant is good. We had such a blast there that we decided to extend our stay 2 additional nights! We highly recommend this place! This is one of the best hotel we did in Laos so far!

The room was clean and comfortable. Ngoc is a wonderful person and does a fabulous job taking care of you while you stay there. She will take care of everything for you, whether that's related to your stay, teaching a cooking class, or booking tuktuks, drivers, tours, or travel. She arranged an afternoon tour of nearby waterfalls and then a visit the next day to Vat Phou with a trip to Wat Phao Salao (climb up the 630 steps) on the way back. The food was delicious and filling. It was so easy to relax here. Highly recommend staying here. It is away from the center, but getting a tuktuk back and forth isn't a problem.
