The roof top pool was great, and the spa and indoor pool was very good too, again, clean and comfortable. The massage treatment was also very good and the staff very friendly. Sound proofing in the room is very good too

I was shocked by how nice it was! The name “best western” does not conjure a positive image. This hotel, however, was FANTASTIC! The BEST of the Best Westerns I’ve stayed at. It’s BRAND NEW. Literally still under construction. The outdoor pool is BEAUTIFUL! 360 views. They need to put some heaters up there and make it inviting during winter. Can we heat the pool? I loved that outdoor area. I also LOVED the GYM and the fact it was open 24 hours! The staff was great! Corine made sure I got a room with sunshine. I was working from 6pm-3am, so the little things make a big difference! The red light/green light for housekeeping worked well. They did a fantastic job! Comfortable beds. Hot hot water. Lovely soaps. Super fast WiFi. Tested 89.31 down and 10.87 mbps up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

They are the heart of the guesthouse. We arrived a bit earlier and we could leave our bags there anyway. Watever and whenever we needed, they were there for us, totally approchable. so BIg thank you again for the stuff, the room was also very clean and lovely :)

Among the facilities at this property are room service and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can make use of a bar. Palazzo Castagna was an unexpected gem. We stayed here due to proximity to airport, but found a beautiful hotel offering the charm of an old building with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The kitchen staff gladly accommodated dietary restrictions (gluten) as well as our very tight timeframe for breakfast. One item of note, there are no restaurants close by... not an issue for us since we were here 1 night and the onsite dining was very good.

We traveled in the off-season with my sibling, so the price was excellent, but I would absolutely recommend this place even at a higher price point. It is clean, high-quality, and modern. Unlike standard hotel rooms, ours had a well-equipped kitchenette, so it functioned like an apartment, which was a great bonus. The location is perfect. All three sides of Sliema were within a 10-15 minute walk, so we could easily reach Triq ix-Xatt (for the ferry), Qui-Si-Sana beach, Exiles, and Balluta Bay. It was a great base for exploring the whole area. We also liked the reception system (staffed until 11 AM, then code access); it worked well for us. Breakfast was included, and we were satisfied with it.

I loved staying here! The room was modern, super clean and very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is great too and everything really good value for money.
