Conveniently located in downtown Cancun Bed and Breakfast Pecari is 15-20 minutes walk from the ADO station, 20 minutes drive from the airport and 5 minutes drive from the entrance to the hotel zone... Beautiful room and really clean. The owner was nice and he made a really good breakfast. :)

Staff is super friendly and helpful. We had the upstairs apartment that has two bedrooms, and it had the best views of Bacalar. We had our own huge balcony with a table that sits six with the best view. The restaurant just opened a couple of months ago; the food was delicious. The Shrimp Tacos are a must. Chef Cristian did an amazing job with the dishes. They have a nice double deck to enjoy your time at the lake. We will definitely come back.

It’s far away from all resorts and it’s very very peaceful. Absolutely loved that. Very small because they are fairly new but overall we absolutely loved the peacefulness

Boasting a garden, terrace and views of sea, Atenea Holbox is situated in Holbox Island, 200 metres from Playa Holbox. Loved everything. Very simple. Clean. Gorgeous location. One minute walk to the beach. There’s a beach club right in front that doesn’t have a minimum spend. It’s a fifteen minute walk to town down the beach and twenty minutes back by road if it’s high tide. So we had peace and quiet and also for some casual exercise. We also visited the local dog shelter right in the town next to the softball field. Is the nicest shelter I’ve been to and you can take the dogs for walks or just go and play with them. The have a big space to roam around and they don’t feel caged and miserable. Loads of tourists would stop in and take a dog out. It was gorgeous.
