Well set in Cancún, The Quetzal provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. With pool views, this accommodation offers a patio and a swimming pool. The hotel was a clean relaxing oasis! Breakfast was to die for!!! The neighborhood is safe with families and entertainment in the neighboring park. There are lots of wonderful restaurants to walk to. The owner is the most kind person ever! She always asked about my day and helped me when I wanted to book a tour. The whole place is immaculately clean and quiet. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I stayed there!!!

Conveniently located in downtown Cancun Bed and Breakfast Pecari is 15-20 minutes walk from the ADO station, 20 minutes drive from the airport and 5 minutes drive from the entrance to the hotel zone... Facing the beachfront, Hotel Solana Bacalar Lakefront offers 4-star accommodation in Bacalar and features a garden, private beach area and terrace. The location is incredible, and it's a haven of peace. You get to enjoy the sunrise over the laguna every morning, and as the hotel has only 8 units, it feels very confidential. The staff is incredibly kind, evening is perfectly clean, and the bed was probably the most confortable I've ever had. It's a charming place that makes you feel in paradise, we can only recommend!

The place was perfect in every way. It’s a family-run business and the hosts were simply amazing—so warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They helped us immediately with anything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and cleaned daily. We especially enjoyed the pool and the beautiful rooftop terrace—definitely a highlight! Breakfast each morning was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. Free drinking water is another big plus! We liked it so much that we extended our stay by two more nights. Highly recommended—would come back in a heartbeat!

Set in Bacalar, Beryllos Bacalar has a garden. There is a year-round outdoor pool and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Absolutely lovely place with such kind and lovely owners. It was very homely and comfortable, while not feeling like we were in somebody else's space. We loved that there was a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and coffee machine in the communal area. It felt a bit like a hostel, except that the crowd was very mixed in age and also included families. We stayed in Mexico for four weeks and this was our favourite place.

Excellent staff and location facing the lagoon, breakfast included, bicycles, and kayaks! I recommend the sunrise tours from the hostel.
