The owners were very friendly and helpful, very quick to pick up the phone when we ran into a challenge and doing their best to help. The apartment was lovely; modern, warm and spacious, with views of Hagley Park and good wifi. There is no onsite car park but plenty of free parking available on the road, and usually close to the entrance.

We had a ground level room and it was a great help to have the car parking lot just outside the main door. It was raining and it made unloading our stuff so much easier. There is also heater in the toilet which is a great help to keep warm after your shower. The main area has a heater and there is an additional portable one if you need.

I only stayed one night, perfectly suited for what I needed. Cooking faculties good, bed nice and comfy. Free parking in motel car park. Good location, could walk to Caroline Bay penguin viewing spot, and also could walk to town centre and restaurants. Good sound proofing, it’s in the main road but could barely hear traffic. Staff very nice too.

Beautiful, clean, modern hotel room. Comfy bed. Super friendly staff. Limited off street parking, but also some free parking on the road outside the hotel.

It was really peaceful, clean and comfortable. The showers were great too and cooking facilities were great. We were never really left having to wait to use anything. There is lots of free parking nearby too and we never went without a car parking space (parked on road).

Good location just a few minutes drive from the centre of Dunedin, shops etc. Quiet situation overlooking the trees of Jubilee Park, with a small terrace. Handy street parking nearby. Well equipped, clean and comfortable (very comfy sofa!). Fastest WiFi we have encountered so far in our New Zealand travels. Useful laundry room. Appreciated the provisions of tea, coffee, sweet treats etc, and bathroom toiletries. Also enjoyed meeting the cat who came to greet us! Great value. Lovely stay.

Great location for the airport and car parking. Shopping not far away with places to eat. Comfortable room and facilities and nice and quiet. Onsite parking available plus the option of off site parking nearby.
